GB-Colchester: Insulation Surveys & Remedial Works

Description

Colchester Borough Homes requires a surveyor to attend a list of approximately 1,200 properties to evaluate the current levels of insulation within the loft space and cavity. The contractor should ensure that findings at the property should be recorded in the ECO Funding form or equivalent. All results must be supported by photographic evidence and submitted to Colchester Borough Homes. The resulting Remedial Works identified within the survey should be highlighted and returned to Colchester Borough Homes along with a quote for the works providing information on any available funding as well as the required contribution from Colchester Borough Homes. All works must comply with current building regulations. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
