GB-Colchester: Responsive Repairs for Housing Stock

NOTE: This notice was updated on 03 February 2022 for the following reason: Please note that a Lot 12 Plumbing has been added to the tender opportunity.(Colchester Borough Homes (the Authority), acting on behalf of Colchester Borough Council is pleased to invite contractors to participate in this One Stage Tender, to undertake works under a JCT 2016 Measured Term Contract and using the relevant NHF Schedule of Rates - version 7. The Authority intends to award multiple contracts to cover each Lot. Contractors may bid for one or more of the different disciplines, subject to having the appropriate experience, qualifications and registered accreditations, as well as meeting any stated minimum requirements. The stated value in the notice encompasses all Lots and the Authority reminds bidders that there is no guarantee of volume or value of work in any Lot. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. The contract term is for 2years with the option to extend for a further year.
