GB-Colchester: Responsive Repairs for Housing Stock (0210)

Description

Colchester Borough Homes (the Authority), acting on behalf of Colchester Borough Council is pleased to invite contractors to participate in this One Stage Tender, to undertake works under a JCT 2016 Measured Term Contract and using the relevant NHF Schedule of Rates - version 7. The Authority intends to award multiple contracts to cover each Lot. Contractors may bid for one or more of the different disciplines, subject to having the appropriate experience, qualifications and registered accreditations, as well as meeting any stated minimum requirements. The stated value in the notice encompasses all Lots and the Authority reminds bidders that there is no guarantee of volume or value of work in any Lot. The work disciplines cover the following: Lot 1Brickwork, Blockwork and Masonry Lot 2Cleaning Lot 3Drainage - CCTV surveys Lot 4Drainage (4a) & Foundations and Groundwork (4b) Lot 5Painting and Decorating Lot 6Plaster Works and Other Finishes Lot 7Plumbing Lot 8Roofing Lot 9Wall Tile Sheet Finishes Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Bids will only be accepted if submitted through the Delta portal.
