South Kesteven DC - Earlsfield Project 2 - AWARD

Description

The Council wishes to invite further competition responses for a contractor to undertake a programme of kitchen, bathroom, rewire, heating, composite door installations and internal Licensed Asbestos removal in the Council's Wimpey "no fines" social housing stock. The contract is for 9 months subject to performance and the Council's requirements with an option to extend for up to an additional 3 months subject to the Council's requirements. Further information on the requirement and relevant performance standards are available within the Specification and accompanying documents The anticipated contract commencement date is Mon 25/04/2022 The budget for this contract is up to £3.5 million approx. excluding VAT in its entirety assuming all options to extend the contract are taken up. Please Note: The Council reserves the right to reject any submissions that are over budget without further evaluation. You are reminded that 1.5% levy needs to be included in your pricing (not a separate line item).
