Futures for Somerset wish to appoint a Main Contractor for the M&E heating replacement works at Wadham School, Crewkerne. The works encompass heating replacement at the school. The aim of the project is to carry out the works scoped by the designers by the end of the summer holidays. Once you have had the opportunity to read the tender documents please, asap, either `opt in` (to indicate that you intend to submit a tender return) or, if you do not wish to be considered for the work, `opt out`, giving a reason in the box provided. It is compulsory to provide a reason if opting out. Opt out reasons provide useful intelligence to Westworks members and often help shape tenders to be more attractive to suppliers. Please ensure that you include Westworks levy (1.5%) in your tender price, not as a separate line item. Levy will be recovered monthly, throughout the life of the project, based on the amount that you invoice the client.
