Emh homes are seeking a Contractor to construct 150no. Split-tenure Dwellings and associated external works and services. The project consists of 60no. affordable rent, 53no. shared ownership, and 37no. market sale plots. The affordable rent plots also include 10no. supported living units within a communal block, 1no. category 2 bungalow, and 2no, category 3 bungalows. It is envisaged that the plots will be constructed traditionally. The first stage is an expression of interest stage. If you wish to be invited to the ITT stage for this scheme please 'Opt in' and upload a completed EoI proforma. If you do not wish to be considered for this tender please 'Opt out', giving your reason in the box provided. You are not required to upload an EoI proforma if opting out.
