TD018-22 Alexandra Dock Business Centre - Boiler Plant Replacement and Heating Alterations

EQUANS Services Limited on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to undertake Mechanical Services Work, which will include the safe isolation, strip-out, removal from site and safe disposal of existing redundant boiler plant, TRV's and other associated equipment and materials in accordance with the current Waste Regulations. Installation of new boiler and associated plant and replacement of all TRV's and LSV's to radiators throughout at Alexandra Dock Business Centre.
