North East Lincolnshire Council (the Authority) is undertaking a procurement to provide Housing Management to the clients of Swan House in North East Lincolnshire. Swan House is to be used as self-contained accommodation for adults aged 18 and over who have experienced homelessness and/or rough sleeping. The procurement is split into the following 2 lots: Lot 1 - Intensive Housing Management Services provided at Swan House Lot 2 - Intensive Rough Sleeper Support Services provided for Swan House Clients Additional information: Lot 1 was not awarded.
