9624 - Housing Maintenance & Improvement Works Programme - West Pottergate - Concrete Repairs and Deck Membrane Replacement - AWARD

Norwich City Council requires a single supplier to provide structural and civil engineering maintenance and repair works to tenanted low rise properties which are being managed by NPS Norwich Ltd - Property Services Team.

Maintenance and repair works are required to a range of structural defects which relate to (but may not be limited to):-

A number of addresses at West Pottergate, Norwich.

The scope of works comprises of 6 blocks of flats within similar low rise residential estates.

Repairs to external reinforced concrete access decks / landings and staircases including surface preparation, survey, break out, repair, selective use of corrosion inhibitors, surface treatment and protective coatings.

In addition works include preparation, repair and overcoating access deck / landings membranes and concrete staircases, renewing any movement joints in decks, redecoration of existing metal railings to access decks / landings and staircase balustrading, fitting new 'warm feel' handrail capping's and repairing cracks in brickwork.
