Description

The council requires a single supplier to undertake repair and refurbishment work to a single commercial unit, currently void. Additional information: The project was put on hold in March 2020 due to the Coronavirus pandemic. In May 2021, the project was taken of hold and all suppliers who had submitted bids in January 2020 were contacted and were asked to review prices submitted due to how much time had passed. Five out of the original nine bidders resubmitted quotes and the award was made in July 2021.
