Clerk of Works (Fire Alarm Replacement Scheme)

The works comprise a replacement fire alarm installation throughout the hospital. The works have been split into 26 seperate packages of work (plus main Network Loop) and are managed via a JCT Design and Build framework contract agreement. The scope covers retrospective inspection & snagging/de-snagging of the executed fire alarm packages. Works are delivered in a live hospital environment.
