Leeds City College Group wishes to procure a Human Resources and Payroll Information System and invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experiences system supply businesses able to meet the group's requirements. The group is seeking expressions of interest from suitable suppliers and proposes to use the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation to determine the contract awardee.
