Review of the Implementation of the PSC register

The overarching aim of this project is to provide a credible body of research that takes into account a number of perspectives and data streams that will detail the effectiveness of the 2016 PSC regulations. This analysis will contribute to the formation of the post- implementation review of the 'PSC Register' regulations (including the protection regime addendum) due to be published in June 2019. This research project will therefore seek to collect data that would allow an assessment and understanding of the costs, benefits, and overall effectiveness of the PSC register in promoting transparency, and if the protection regime provides adequate protection for vulnerable PSCs.
