A Trusted HRA - Sentiment Analysis

Description

This contract was awarded via a further competition under the RM6126 Research and Insights Dynamic Purchasing System. The supplier will design and implement a programme of stakeholder engagement and sentiment analysis to maximise the impact of the HRA's new strategy. Target stakeholders for this work include both current and potential, not yet engaged, audiences. The supplier's research should inform the development of a series of stakeholder profiles / personas which the HRA can use to support future work.
