Framework for the Sub-Contract Delivery of Adult Education Budget Programmes - AWARD

Description

The requirement is to tender for a framework contract for the provision of Adult Education Budget programmes for the academic year 2018/2019. A managed programme is required to support the estimated funding requirement of between £1.5 - £2m between 1st August 2018 and 31st July 2019. For the avoidance of doubt it is a requirement that a minimum of 95% of the learners live in the West Midlands Combined Authority Area.
