Customer Care Package to Support Existing Critical Measuring Equipment

The Police & Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire has awarded a contract for the provision of servicing and calibration of existing critical measuring equipment including software and firmware upgrades. This is a direct award via exemption due to equipment having been utilised for a number of years, equipment is on loan and requires a care package to service and support which the supplier has provided previously via a MOU with provider of equipment.
