Legal Case Management System

The Police & Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire has awarded a contract for the continued use of a legal case management platform including time recording and associated services. This was a direct award via GCA G Cloud 14 framework reference RM1557.14 Lot 2 Cloud Software and is therefore compliant with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The contract is for an initial period of 36 months with the option to extend for a further 12 months. The values provided are for the costs excluding VAT for the initial period and the higher value is if the optional extension period is taken again excluding VAT. The contract value may increase or decrease depending on the number of Authority users requiring licenses.
