GB-Rickmansworth: Box Office Ticketing System

Description

Tenders are invited for the provision of the Installation of a Provision of Box Office Ticketing System for Watersmeet Theatre. The requirement is for a full replacement of the current Box Office system currently in operation handling all booking of tickets for Watersmeet theatre presentations and events. The Council will continue to operate with in-house Box Office management and seeks a solution to provide all necessary hardware, software, systems, ticket stock and other peripherals to run a fully integrated Box Office which must include: delivery, installation, training and account management support. The solution shall be responsible for all sales not via the Venue Box Office including online, mobile and telephone.
