Description
The Regulator of Social Housing has awarded a contract for an independent evaluation of the consumer regulation reforms introduced from April 2024. The evaluation will assess the impact of the reforms on registered providers, tenants and the quality of social housing services and homes. The work includes evaluation design, stakeholder engagement, qualitative and quantitative analysis, interim reporting and final reporting. The evaluation will support accountability, learning and future regulatory decision making relating to consumer regulation in the social housing sector. The contract was awarded following a further competition under the Crown Commercial Service Research & Insights Dynamic Purchasing System (RM6126).
