Grounds Maintenance - Verges and Play Areas

Description

Pickering Town Council is seeking tenders for cutting the town's verges (45827 sq ms) and the grass in seven play areas. (Location plans are available from the town council. Potential tenderers are advised to visit the sites.) The council requires the verges to be cut on twelve occasions per year, the grass in the play areas on fifteen occasions per year. TUPE may apply to this contract. Additional information: Potential tenderers are strongly advised to visit the areas where the council requires grass to be cut and are further advised that a) location plans and further information about TUPE are available from the town council - townclerk@pickering.gov.uk, b) the deadline for submission of tenders is 9am, 23 December 2016.
