Works to extend the cemetery, Whitby Road, Pickering

Description

Quotations are sought for work to extend the existing Whitby Road cemetery in Pickering (YO18 7HJ). Works will include all ground preparation, the construction of a new access road and turning area, construction of skip holders and bin compounds, construction of pathways, and the levelling and landscaping of the site. Contractors should be able to start work in April 2020 and complete the project no later than 31 August 2020. A detailed specification can be obtained by contacting the town clerk. Additional information: Contractors who are interested in this opportunity are welcome to visit the site at the Whitby Road cemetery without an appointment to view the area of land to the South of the cemetery which is to be redeveloped.
