Asset Verification & Update Survey and the Production of an Asset Register 

Description

A non-intrusive asset verification and tagging exercise is required to be undertaken via a specialist contractor resource on mechanical and electrical assets such as boilers, ventilation, fire safety systems, etc across approximately 1000 sites within Hampshire County Council's corporate and schools' estate, including one location in Wales. The asset verification & update survey and the production of an asset register  is required to ensure that minimum required servicing and preventative maintenance activity is undertaken.
