MANAGED PRINT SERVICES

Hampshire County Council has awarded a call-off contract for the provision of a comprehensive Managed Print Service, including Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs), Single Function Printers (SFPs), wide format devices, print and scan services, print management and high-volume production print services. The contract was awarded through the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Multifunctional Devices, GovPrint Hardware, Managed Print Provision and Digital Workflow Software Services Framework (RM6361), Lot 2: Multifunctional Print Devices (MFDs), Print Management and/or Digital Workflow, and commenced on 1 October 2026.
