Delivering the 1000 nex social rent homes in the manifesto. The objective of this further commission is to develop a single business case that would be capture and define in a single place the vision of the housing delivery programmes with clear principles, scope, objectives, roles and responsibilities, expectations and deliverables including wider non-housing benefits. This Business Case would also include a plan of how to manage resources within a single defined envelope.This will enable the council to consider project decisions in the context of an overall single programme which in turn would enable prioritisation and consideration of the most efficient use of available resources.
