TDC JM Cleaning of Housing Estates, Voids, and Council Offices - AWARD

Tandridge District Council invites all participating suppliers to respond to this Invitation to Mini-Competition (ITMC) for cleaning services under The Hyde Group 'Grounds Maintenance and Cleaning Framework' Lot 3: South East.

The scope of cleaning services includes: • The communal areas of Council owned properties, including internal and external window cleaning of communal areas in each location at approximately 80 sites within the District of Tandridge in Surrey • The offices of the Council at Station Rd East, Oxted Surrey • A variable number of void residential properties within the District of Tandridge, approximately 180 properties each year
