GB-Hemel Hempstead: Void Works

Description

Hightown Housing Association wishes to enter a contract for a NHF V7.0 priced schedule of rates Void Property Maintenance Works. The contract will commence in May 2017 and will run for a period of 3 years with an addition of a further two years subject to satisfactory performance. We currently carry out approx. 250 Void Works per annum. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Please note that all tender returns must be posted back to Hightown Housing Association as per the tendering instructions in the tender document in the tender return envelope.
