Works to replace the cladding at Warwick Avenue - AWARD

Grand Union Housing Group (GUHG) is seeking to procure the services of an experienced and qualified Contractor and also on James Hardie approved installers list. The works involve the removal of the existing external timber cladding to 3 blocks and the fitting of new fibre cement cladding board to provide fire, water, weather, pest, and rot resistance. The materials used and supplied by James Hardie and therefore the fitting is carried out to their take-off and specification. Contractors that would like to take part in this tender process are invited to `Express Interest` upon which they will be given access to the full tender documentation delivery through this e-tendering system. When the tender documents have been made available, involved suppliers will receive notification via email and the tender documents can be accessed from the `My Tenders` area of this website and selecting the `View Details` button of this project. Expressions of interest will only be accepted until 21/03/24 and the deadline for submissions of the tender will be 12 noon 22/03/24. please allow sufficient time to make your return as late returns will not be permitted.
