9923 - The replacement of various heating and mechanical works at Bradecroft Sheltered Housing Scheme - AWARD

The works involve the replacement of the existing underground distribution pipework for the communal heating system, replacement of all radiators in all dwellings including the Community Centre plus a mechanical ventilation and heat recovery system for the boiler/plant room and community centre.

The level of work is intended to replace the existing distribution pipework, all radiators, hot water storage and control the temperature in the boiler/plant room up to the appropriate current standards.
