Work description
The scope of this contract is to build a new facility for CPI’s National Centre for Innovative Formulation form Riba 4 design, Building to be BREEAM 2014 Very Good rating. The design team are retained client side, there is a very small, ancillary, contractor designed works which is defined in the appended document set.
