Construction of 2 nr Children's Homes and an Assessment Centre

South Tyneside Council wishes to construct 2 nr new build Children's Homes and a separate Assessment Centre at 3 different locations within the borough as follows:

• Children's Home at Land off Victoria Court, (located to the southwest of Hebburn Central and northwest of Durham Court), Hebburn • Children's Home at Public Open Space, Land Corner of Grant Street/Hill Street, Jarrow • Assessment Centre at Vacant land behind Seton Avenue, Fox Avenue and Laybourn Gardens, South Shields

It is intended to award a single contract to appoint a single Principal Contractor to undertake all three schemes concurrently, with each scheme identified on a sectional completion basis.
