GB-Basildon: Specialist Infrastructure and Environmental Support for Basildon Council's New Local Plan

Description

Basildon Borough Council (BBC) is preparing a new Local Plan that will set out the vision and framework for the future development of the borough. New evidence is therefore required to support the development of the new Local Plan, to ensure that the Local Plan is robust and found sound at examination. This project involves 2 phases: 1 Assessment of Infrastructure and Environmental Constraints for the consideration of Spatial Growth Options; 2 An Infrastructure Delivery Plan for the Preferred Spatial Strategy.
