Provision of a Cumbria Telecare & Assistive Technology Service

Contract Finder Award Notice regarding a countywide Telecare and Assistive Technology (AT) service including a carers contingency service. The service will be provided to adults (aged 18 and over) and their carers referred to the Provider by and through the Council. These adults will have preventative needs or assessed eligible needs under the Care Act 2014. In addition, the service includes responsibilities for information, advice and promotion which will be delivered to a wider range of audiences including but not limited to the public, customers and their carers, Council staff and professionals from other agencies.
