For Provision of Damp and Mould Remedial Services

Description

Reactive or planned remedial, treatment and minor works to deal with damp and mould issues identified within Moats housing stock. The services to be provided include, but are not limited to: • Treatment of damp and mould within Moat properties • Remedial Works required following treatment of damp and mould, including mechanical ventilation upgrades.
