Void Property Works - AWARD

Description

Ipswich Borough Council (IBC) has a need to bring a large number of Void properties back to a lettable standard in a limited period of time. It intends to enter into separate contracts with a number of Contractors, each on an initial 8-month term contract, with the option to extend for a further 4-months to give 12-months in total. Before each property can be re-let, a survey establishing work required to bring the property up to IBC's 'letting standard will be undertaken by the Contractor and present to IBC for approval, before proceeding with the works. All properties lie within the boundaries of Ipswich and consist of either bungalows, houses, flats or sheltered housing.
