***** THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE, NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION ***** This procurement is being concluded following a mini competition under DPS RM6126 Research & Insights Framework. Brief Description of Requirement Decarbonising non-domestic buildings is key to meeting our net zero and carbon budgets (CB) targets (see the Carbon Budget and Growth Delivery Plan). Some savings will be expected to be made via energy efficiency measures, but low carbon heating systems and heat networks will be required to deliver the majority of carbon savings potential for CB6 and beyond.
