Description
Call-off under the Transportation & Public Realm Consultancy Services 2022 Framework Agreement for the provision of principal inspections of highway structures in accordance with the Design Manual for Roads and Bridges (DMRB) CS 450 - Inspection of Highway Structures. The commission supports St Helens Council's statutory obligations to maintain and inspect highway assets. The scope of services includes the principal inspection of 97 structures, including priority inspections of 17 structures identified within the programme. The services include, but are not limited to, site inspections, condition assessments, defect identification, reporting in accordance with DMRB standards, and provision of recommendations to support asset management and maintenance planning. The contract was awarded via a call-off from an established framework agreement in accordance with the framework terms and conditions.
