Cross Lane Park Changing Rooms - Mini Competition

Description

The redevelopment of the existing changing room facility at Cross Lane Park. The aim of the project is to increase the level of participants using the site to support an increase in physical activity to improve the health and wellbeing of the local community. The purpose of the development is to upgrade the facilities to Football Association standards, by improving and renewing the amenities to enable suitable facilities for a diverse range of participants. Two stage tender process through the North West Construction Hub Framework. Expression of interest exercise was utilised to gain understanding of appetite on the Lot. Design and Build tender with contractor working through Pre Construction Agreement through design and into the construction work. PCSA Stage commenced approx.: 01 August 2025 Construction Contract commenced approx.: 09 August 2025
