Description

Trafford Council is seeking to appoint a contractor with extensive experience in building and landscape implementation; particularly in public park environments. The appointed Contractor will be expected to work through RIBA Stages 5 & 6. The project will utilise a PCSA followed by Main Contract route with the contractor working with Trafford Council and its advisors to complete the design and agree a contract sum during the PCSA. The route to market was Mini Competition via North West Construction Hub Framework. Stage 1 will result in a Constructor Partner being selected. Stage 2 will progress the design and negotiation of the contract commercial agreement (JCT Standard Building Contract (Without Quantities) 2024) with the selected Construction Partner. The total contract value of the awarded PCSA is £31,906.
