LICA Modular Building Supply and Contruction

The project comprises the design, supply and erection of a new modular building, to a client's design and approved planning submission, alterations to the existing LICA building (internally and externally) and the linking of the two structures.

The University seeks to appoint a Principal Contractor for the works under a Design and Build single stage procurement route.
