Lancaster University invited expressions of interest (EOI) from contractors interested in tendering for the Minor Works Mechanical Services Framework. Suppliers must complete the EOI Stage in order to be considered for the ITT Stage. Following the receipt of EOIs, a selection process was undertaken and 6 bidders were brought through to ITT Stage. This is a framework contract for minor works mechanical services typically up to £50k excluding VAT covering plumbing, heating, chilled water, ventilation and associated services. This does not include refrigeration or air conditioning, as these will be tendered separately.
