External Consultancy services to support current and upcoming major capital projects by performing the specialised NEC project manager role. The four immediate schemes that require Site PM support are Grovehurst Road, Key Street, Bath Street and Green Corridors.

This Contract has been awarded using a Direct Award Process using the ESPO 2664_22 Property, Building and Infrastructure Advice and Management Services Framework, Lot 1 - Project Management and General/Technical Advice - Property and Building Sub-lot: Lot 1a - London and the South East.

The published awarded value is estimated, based on projected support required for upcoming capital projects.
