GBC NB Guildford Crematorium Architect Led Multi Disciplinary Design Team - AWARD

Guildford Borough Council is seeking the services of an Architect Led Multi-Disciplinary Team to design, procure and deliver the alteration, extension and refurbishment, or the re-building of Guildford Crematorium.

Following a fundamental service review in 2014, Guildford Borough Council has made a decision to either refurbish or rebuild Guildford Crematorium on its current site and develop a masterplan for the whole site to ensure the service is fit for purpose for the next 50 years.

It is intended that the new (or refurbished) facility shall be operational by September 2018.

The contract will be subject to Guildford Borough Council's Consultancy Terms and Conditions.
