Description

St Leger Homes is an Arm's Length Management Organisation (ALMO), established in 2005 to manage Doncaster Council's housing stock. We manage over 20,000 council homes, shops, community facilities, garages, Gypsy and Traveller sites, and other residential sites. We manage properties on behalf of private sector landlords via our St Leger Lettings service, and undertake the Council's statutory homeless function. The management service provision includes repairs and maintenance across this property portfolio. This tender opportunity is to establish a contract with a single supplier of External Audit and related Services relevant to Statutory, Regulatory and distinctly specific needs of SLHD as a public body. The requirement is for an efficient, effective and economical service, and a provider who will provide a true view of our financial resilience and Value for Money (vfm) plans whilst maintaining the necessary levels of objectivity and professional independence. This contract has been awarded as a result of a further competition via the Crown Commercial Services Framework RM3745 Managed Consultancy Lot 3 Audit
