St Leger Homes has awarded a contract for the following maintenance and administration services, to the already installed equipment in a number of our properties which are connected to a District Heating Scheme. o Heat Meters o Hydraulic Interface Units o Smart Card and Token-less Prepayment Modules o Maintenance of Hardware, including replacement of faulty equipment o Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) system o Data validation o Billing / Revenue Collection for tenants on Credit Billing system o Management of the installed Prepayment system and Point of Sale Outlets This is a further completion undertaken via YPO Framework 642 Utilities Metering and Data Collection Services The contract is for 4 years with two further possible extensions of 12 months each.
