Viability Assessment: Draft Local Plan (Part 1) for Teignbridge

The Draft Local Plan (Part 1) for Teignbridge was published in March 2020. It is the second step in the council's update to the existing Local Plan which was adopted in May 2014. The focus through new and refreshed policies is on: raising the standards of design, development and quality of life; tackling the climate emergency; improving wealth and job opportunities and providing homes which are accessible and more affordable.
