EBC TE - Leisure Centre End of lease Dilapidations Survey - AWARD

Elmbridge Borough Council (EBC) are looking to appoint consultants, who have specialist technical knowledge of leisure buildings, with swimming pools and associated plant and professional experience undertaking, serving and receiving dilapidation claims, to undertake end of lease dilapidation surveys at two leisure facility sites owned by Elmbridge Borough Council (EBC) and managed by a leisure management contractor.
