The works comprise of roof renewals to Temple Court an 11 storey block of flats situated in Norwich Avenue, Southend-on-Sea. The work involves the supply and fix of a high performance overlay onto an existing 2 layer bituminous membrane in a satisfactory condition to receive this improvement work.
