Retained Residences 2020 Works

The Retained Residence Summer Works Programme for 2020, 2021, 2022 provides for refurbishment works during the summer period to maintain the award winning standards the University offers students through its Student accommodation.

These works include but are not limited to: • The renewal of furniture and equipment to bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens • Decoration • Improvements to electrical and mechanical systems as required by each accommodation block

Additional information: This EOI document has been made available through the University's electronic tendering portal (In-Tend). Tenderers must submit their responses to the EOI through this same portal by the deadline stipulated at the top of this letter.
