Colchester Borough homes are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake Conservation stonework repairs, reconsolidation works & repointing works at 10 locations throughout the town of Colchester:

Locations: (1) Balkerne Hill (2) Crouch Street (3) Vineyard Street (4) Priory Street (5) Priory Lodge (6) Land Lane/Roman Road (7) Claudius Court (8) Middleborough (9) Colchester Castle Park (10) Colchester Castle Park - Duncan's Gate

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.

The closing date for Expressing interest in this project is 4th March 2016. Completed tenders must be submitted as per the instructions in the invitation to Tender by 12:00 (noon) on Friday 11th March 2016.
