Provision of Email Alert Service

Award of Contract has been completed via Crown Commercial Services Framework. Award notice published for transparency. The awarded contract is for the provision of an automated cloud based "Customer Alerts Service" where external stakeholders can subscribe to receive news on specific topics in which they have an interest. The service will allow stakeholders to subscribe to a specific range of topics based on products, services and related areas.
